The AR-1000 Adhesion/ Release Tester with Digital Display is designed to perform PSTC, ASTM, TLMI, FINAT, and AFERA adhesion and release test procedures. It is the most versatile peel tester on the market.

The AR-1000 basic design was created over 15 years ago as an improvement over the TLMI release tester. The machine evolved from input gathered by technicians involved in Adhesion and Release testing all over the world. Since its¡¯ introduction, it has become the standard in many plants and laboratories from all corners of the globe. This is due to the AR-1000¡¯s ease of operation, reliability, simplicity of repair, and affordable price. Coupled with the Data Acquisition System and EZ-Lab software, the AR-1000 has become an integral part of network data collection and analysis.

Pull speed and test angles are adjustable to meet the requirements of PSTC 101 (A, B, C, D, E and F) and 4; ASTM D 3330; TLMI L-IA1, L-IA2, L-IA3; AFERA 4001 P11; and FINAT FTM 1-6, 10, and 11.

  • Digital Speed Controller with feedback loop allows speed to be set accurately from 12 to 1200 ipm (30 to 3048 cpm).
  • Test angle is adjustable from 90¡Æ to 180¡Æ.
  • Sturdy aluminum construction insures a long life with consistent performance.
  • Fast, accurate data acquisition and analysis simplified with the Data Acquisition System.
  • Data can be downloaded to EZ Lab software.
  • Accurate to ¡¾ 0.1% of load cell range.

Data Acquisition System

The EZ-100 Data Acquisition System is a state-of-the-art force measurement package that combines accuracy with ease of use. This system reads the force of a test, digitally displays it and also stores that value in it¡¯s memory.

  • Displays the measured force in Average, High and Low values.
  • Stores data from up to 20 individual tests, which allows the technician to review previously recorded values.
  • Data and can be exported by RS-232 connection to a local PC.
  • Display values are selectable in grams, kilograms, ounces, pounds or Newtons.
  • Records 400 data points per second of sampling.

Accessories essential for testing: test panel — 2" x 6" (5cm x 15cm), 4.5 lb. (2 Kg) hand roller, 1" (2.5cm) specimen tape cutter.
Above items are included in our A/R Accessory Package(ATA).

EZ-Lab Compatible:
