Thermowells for temperature instruments are recommended for all process systems where pres-sure, velocity or viscous, abrasive and corrosive materials are present individually or in combina-tion. WIKA’s thermowells have easy to install connections are available in a variety of sizes, lengths, and materials. WIKA’s thermowells pro-vide a safe separation between the process and the instrument and will allow instrument instal-lation and removal without affecting the process. A properly selected thermowell will protect the temperature instrument from possible damage re-sulting from these process variables.
