| The HB2200 Flow Monitors feature an easy-to-read 4.5-digit flow rate and a 6-digit total (batch) display. They are both battery-powered and capable of accepting (processing) magnetic pick up or optically isolated DC pulse input. The HB2200 Flow Monitor is also available with an optional 4-20 mA output, utilizing a 4-20 mA loop power supply.

The Model 700 Turbine Meter features a rugged #316 stainless steel housing with tough, abrasive-resistant tungsten carbide sleeve-type journal bearing to endure the corrosive water and/or other abrasive fluids frequently encountered in projects.
This durable design is also more reliable and cost-effective in a wide range of industrial class applications in which the process fluid is too dirty, lacks adequate lubricity, or where the risk of overspeeding is a potential problem for turbine meters featuring other bearing designs.
Fluid entering the meter first passes through the inlet flow straightener section, reducing the turbulence of the flow pattern prior to contacting the rotor’s turbine blades. After achieving a more stable (laminar) flow pattern, the media passes through the turbine blades, causing the rotor wheel to rotate at a speed proportional to the velocity of the fluid. |
