This complete package includes flow sensor, continuous control solenoid valve
This complete package includes flow sensor, continuous control solenoid valve, and PI controller with set point programmer. The PI programmer and set-point controller plug directly into the valve. All have brass bodies, with a pressure range of 7 to 145 psi.

Ideal for continuous control of larger flow rates of neutral, solid-free liquids. Applications include cooling circulation for general machine construction, process chemicals, paper and printing machinery, filling systems, food and beverage processing, water treatment, medical sterilization and textile manufacturing.

The paddle wheel flow sensor for continuous flow measurement is specially designed for use in neutral, solid-free liquids.

The sensor is made of a compact fitting and an electronic module quickly and easily connected by a bayonet.

The sensor produces a frequency signal proportional to the flow which can easily be transmitted and processed.

This control valve is an internally-piloted proportional solenoid valve with a near linear characteristic operating curve and a Cv range from 1.6 to 5.8. Variable flow is achieved by positioning the valve¡¯s armature proportionally to a standard electronic control signal. The high frequency pulse-width modulation design provides excellent control characteristics with deviations <1%.

The proportional solenoid valve consists of the basic valve and the Type 1094 plug-on electronic control unit, which can be mounted in any position. The electronic control unit is integrated into the DIN 43 650 A plug, but it is also available in a standard

This PI-controller allows easy setup of a closed loop control for controlling flow or mixing ratios.

The setpoint can be programmed not only manually, but also from an external PLC or other process controller.

The PI-controller can be used to control not only flow, but also the mixing ratios of liquids. In the latter case, the two frequency inputs from the flow sensors of the controlled and uncontrolled flow are constantly compared to the programmable flow ratio and its setpoint.

Maximum flexibility is captured with many different features, such as scaling, programming of process control parameters, setting of the external or internal setpoints as well as by monitoring the process value on the display.
