HardCHECKER
The HardCHECKER design provides a portable hardness tester that can be used to test anywhere and in any position. Bulky components that are difficult to transport or components on an assembly line can easily be inspected.
The HardCHECKER is small and easy-to-use yet contains advanced technology for precision testing in any direction - up, down or sideways. Two keys are used for operation - turn it on, take your measurements and read the values.
The mechanical impact device and electronic display ar contained in one compact package, no cable to worry about. You can test where access is limited and in any direction without affecting the accuracy of the measurement.
The HardCHECKER uses the Leeb rebound method for measurement whereby an impact body is impelled against a surface by spring force. Its velocity is measured prior to and after rebounding from the test material with a harder material resulting in a higher rebound velocity. The rebound method is precise and offers high reliability.
The HardCHECKER is designed to handle a wide range of materials. Whether it's a course-grained forging or cast part, the instrument will give you the reliable results you need. It's versatile, handy and fast. |
