Operated by an advanced microcontroller and a plug-in electrochemical sensor, the GasAlert™ is equipped with high output audible/visual alarms. The bright large LCD shows real-time gas concentrations and the instruments status at all times.
The full function self-test verifies sensor, circuit and battery integrity and activates the audible/visual alarms each time you turn the instrument on. The detector clearly advises the hazard level present - Low, High, or TWA. TWA (Time Weighted Average) and Peak exposures are displayed on demand.
The compact, rugged GasAlert™ is designed with the most advanced RFI protection available today. Delivered ready for use, simply clip the instrument to your lapel, pocket, belt or hard hat for unequalled protection. |
